Validations of European patents in needed to enforce patent application in Slovenia.
Slovenia is member of European Patent Office. After the grant of the European patent ONLY a translation of claims, according to London Agreement, has to be submitted to the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office
REQUIREMENTS FOR FILLING NATIONAL PHASE OF THE GRANTED EUROPEAN PATENT
- Application or Publication number of the granted European patent.
- Power of Attorney (no legalization required) of applicant.
