NATIONAL PHASE OF THE GRANTED EUROPEAN PATENT
TRADEMARKS
- Power of Attorney (no legalization required).
- Specification and claims to be translated.
- Abstract of maximum 250 words or 150 words if with drawing.
- Three sets of formal drawings (A4), clear black lines on white paper, minimum top margin 2.5 cm, left 2.5 cm, right 1.5 cm, bottom 1 cm.
- Priority document, if any. Translation to be submitted if requested by the Patent Office (if in English or German or translated into one of these languages, it is usually accepted without translation).
- If the priority application was filed by another applicant, the present Applicant must sign a declaration explaining his right to file in Slovenia.
Please be informed that we are used to use
Online European Patent Register for providing all relevant documents
needed for national phase of granted European patents. Due to online European Patent Register
only a few paper documnet is needed for execution a validation procedures of granted
European Patent.
In national phase the Claims only have to be translated into Slovenian language.
For execution the national phase of European Patent we need full European Patent
identification data, i.e. the EP application and
publication number and the only original document:
- Duly signed
Power of attorney form (no legalization required).
TRADEMARKS
- Power of attorney (no legalization required).
- List of goods and/or services, classified in accordance with International Classification.
- If a mark is other than a word in block lettering, 5 specimens of sign (max. 8 x 8 cm)
- For collective marks, a general instrument governing the grant of the right to use the collective mark.
- Priority document (if any), to be filed within three months as of the filing date and translated upon request.
- If the priority application was filed by another applicant, the present Applicant must sign a declaration explaining his right to file in Slovenia.
